Rocco Pezza, President
There is a common thread among people who have had the opportunity to work with Rocco…that they want him to stick around even after the deal is done. Some say it is his uncanny ability to see around the corner and warn of a potential pitfall. Others say it is the tenacity he brings to everything he does, especially for his clients. And yet others claim it is the calm, sensible and reassuring way he will walk a buyer and seller through even the most difficult negotiations.

For over 22 years, Rocco has led NEBC´s clients through the fulfilling, challenging and sometimes intensely personal acquisition and divestiture process. He is a credit to his profession, having received the highly coveted CBI designation and named a fellow of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA). Rocco also sits on many industry boards and presents regularly to trade groups of all kinds. In addition, and perhaps key affirmation of his worth to the companies he has guided, he serves on the Board of Directors of several of those same companies.

As a former Group VP/Finance of a Fortune 500 company and an entrepreneur, Richard moves easily between knowing what corporate acquirers are looking for and what owners of privately held companies want. Richard brings a steady hand and collegial style to close transactions consistently and successfully.

Ralph DelMonico, Jr.
Ralph has over eighteen years experience in sales/marketing and operations management. From working as a Director for a multinational organization, to managing his own consulting company and being President of a national direct marketing company, he is keenly aware of the challenges that face many businesses today.

With a focus on technology and industrial markets, Norman is extremely adept at grasping market opportunities. He has over twenty years in senior management position and ownership of companies involved in industrial and software products.

Karen Collier
Karen has the ability to perceive client needs and react to them in a timely basis. Her background includes sales and service positions in communications and agri businesses. She attended the University of Rhode Island with a concentration in business. She was a successful entrepeneur receiving national recognition and awards.
