NEBC was founded in 1984 by Rocco Pezza, President of NEBC, and Leo Delisi, now our valuation advisor. The firm has always been based out of the Providence, Rhode Island area, and its focus on advisory transactions has remained the same. Expansion in 1998 brought on board Richard Cocca, whose extensive experience as an executive and investor has enabled NEBC to expand its industry focus and further network with private investor groups.
